Laurentian Goldfields Ltd. Announces Management Changes
September 28, 2011Vancouver, British Columbia – September 28th, 2011 – Laurentian Goldfields Ltd. (TSX-V: LGF) (“Laurentian” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mark J Pryor, Pr.Sci.Nat., as Vice President of Exploration. Mr. Pryor is a seasoned explorationist whose experience base spans over 25 years of precious metal exploration in Archean, Proterozoic and epithermal environments. Mr. Pryor has conducted generative, grassroots, brownfields, and advanced delineation and mine feasibility work on a global basis.
Mr. Pryor has worked for junior, mid-tier and major mining companies on a global basis, developing a proven record in the discovery of precious metal deposits. Mr. Pryor has held management positions with a number of recognized companies including Anglo American, Monarch Resources, Minefinders, Candente Gold Corp. Montero Mining & Exploration Ltd. and Placer Dome, and developed extensive global experience having worked in Eurasia, South America, Africa and the Americas.

Mr. Pryor replaces Mr. Patrick Lengyel, who is leaving Laurentian to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Lengyel will be retained by Laurentian on a short term basis to help facilitate the transition in exploration management. Management would like to thank Mr. Lengyel for his contributions to Laurentian, and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
